Make a Regular Donation

And become a “Friend of Charlotte Straker”

Regular donations can help us plan for the future and ensure that money is available where it is needed most, allowing us to improve the welfare of residents and support projects that have a lasting impact.

Please remember to fill in a gift aid form – it significantly helps our levels of donations. Thank you!

Regular donations have contributed significantly to the development of the facilities and purchase of equipment in our care home. Our major building upgrades were all supported by regular donations. We have also been able to fund essential equipment through donations such as a back up generator, specialized profiling beds, overhead tracking to enable hoisting plus syringe drivers to enable comfortable end of life care.

Becoming a Friend of Charlotte Straker

Charlotte Straker launched a Friends Group when it was an NHS cottage hospital. The idea continued when Charlotte Straker House opened as a charity in 1992. Our vision now is to recruit as many supporters in the local community as possible to be part of a new expanded Friends Group.

Making a regular donation means that you automatically become a “Friend of Charlotte Straker” and we will keep you updated throughout the year on our latest work and special projects.
